Rabbit with mustard

Winter times have arrived, for this i propose you a french recipe that we are used to prepare for the extreme cold, enjoy!

-7 to 8 pieces of rabbit

-400 g fresh mushrooms

-150 g mustard

– 4 tablespoons white wine

-1 pinch of salt

-1 pinch of pepper

-a bit of thyme

Preheat the oven (200°C) for 15 minutes. Wash and slice the mushrooms.

In a gratin dish, pour in the white wine. Add the mushrooms.

Season the rabbit pieces with salt and pepper. Brush them with mustard. Arrange them on the mushrooms in the gratin dish. Sprinkle with thyme.

Bake in the oven for about 55 minutes.

A dish to share with the family near the fire, enjoy yourself.
